Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous US states – excluding Alaska & Hawaii

Do you charge tax?

We charge state tax for all states we ship to in accordance with state & local laws. The tax rate varies depending on the address that we ship to. Shipping and handling is a taxable service.

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns on any products.

How are Hypnotic Gypsy products sourced, tested & formulated?

All Hypnotic Gypsy CBD raw materials are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill Act. Each lot is tested by third party facilities for mold, heavy metal, pesticides and THC level, and cannot contain more than 0.3% THC. Our CBD is sourced in the United States from certified state licensed hemp processors. We keep all certifications & analysis data on file.

Will Hypnotic Gypsy products cause me to fail a drug test?

While all products are non-psychoactive they are sourced from industrial hemp plants which, by definition, contain a THC level not exceeding 0.3% by dry weight. We can’t guarantee you’ll pass a drug test and we encourage you to use your best judgment.

Do I need a doctors prescription or medical marijuana card?

No. Hypnotic Gypsy is made only with legally source industrial hemp not marijuana, so it’s legally available for purchase without a prescription or medical marijuana card.
